In order to view the list of IPv6 (inet) DHCP leases currently assigned on your Juniper EX switch you simply need to login to your switch and enter CLI mode. They type the following command:
run show system services dhcp binding detail
The output of this command should give you a clear list like the example below

As you can see above you will get the MAC addresss of the client as well as the current state. Use the MAC address to search the ethernet-switching table locate the end port that the device is connected via.
